Brewery Tour (English-Speaking Guide) You must be 21 or older to join the tour.
The Tour and Tasting includes:
- A 25 minute tour of our new state-of-the-art brewery, led by one of our sake experts
- An hour long tasting of Dassai Blue
- Includes either freshly prepared sushi or a cheese & meat plate.
During your free time, please enjoy shopping within the brewery. - 15:00PM Enjoy shopping at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets.
- 19:00PM Arrival and dismissal at your hotel or Japan Village.

- Since this itinerary is primarily focused on drinking, it is a 21-and-over adults-only tour. We cannot accept participants under the age of 21, so please understand.
- Please bring a government-issued ID (such as a U.S. driver's license or passport). If you do not bring it, you will not be able to participate in the tasting even if you are over 21, and no refund will be given for the tasting fee in such cases.
- The tasting fees at the brewery and distillery are included, but if you wish to have additional tastings, you will need to pay for them directly.
- Please gather at least 5 minutes before the meeting time. If you do not arrive by the departure time, the tour will leave without you. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
